Infrared heat penetrates deeply into muscles and joints, enhancing flexibility, promoting detoxification, and making every movement safer and more effective. Temperatures are tailored to each class, and our teachers don't just manage the heat; they live in it. Decades of personal practice mean you are always in expert hands.
